The Craig really is a thoughtfully designed 3 bedroom detached home and visitors simply love the layout and appreciate the proportions on offer.
Coming through the front door, you’ll immediately be impressed by the spacious and bright hallway. From here, there’s an airy, good sized lounge whilst the excellent German kitchen sits at the rear of the property, opening into a generous family/dining area with French doors leading out to the garden - ideal for the summer months when the BBQ is on! They say the kitchen is the heart of the home, and this space really is perfect for spending time with family and friends.
Downstairs you'll also find an excellent utility room off the kitchen, that you could even turn into your dog's living space like we've done in one of our showhomes, a store under the stairs and a useful cloakroom.
